  • The traditional laws of Indigenous Nations must be revitalized through strengthening the process of law-making, this new system must be led by Indigenous rights holders.

We must find ways of strengthening Indigenous Legal Order by re-envisioning how Indigenous nations make laws.

This means making laws outside of the Indian Act based on our Inherent & Treaty rights.
